• Contact details you give us in forms and bookings: name, phone / WhatsApp, email, city.
• Study profile information: degree, grades, English test, target country, course and budget.
• Documents you upload to your student portal, such as your passport and transcripts.
• Booking details: the time you chose, your timezone and language.
• Basic technical data in standard server logs. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, run your consultation and manage your applications.
• To send confirmations, reminders and updates by WhatsApp, email and phone.
• To keep records of our work with you and to improve our services.

Who can see it

Your information is visible to the team members who work with you. Because our consultants work from Europe and our support team works in Pakistan, your data may be handled in both places. We never sell your data. We share information with universities, scholarship bodies or embassies only as needed for your applications and with your knowledge.

Services we rely on

We use trusted providers to run the site, for example hosting and a database, email delivery, and WhatsApp for messages. Online calls may use a free video-room service (Jitsi). These providers process data only to deliver their service.

Documents and security

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and your team. Passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us and we will act on it, except where we must keep a record by law.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and a simple cookie to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
