By using this website, booking a call or working with us, you agree to these terms. Please read the short summary first.

In short: we guide you honestly and do our very best, but we cannot guarantee any admission, scholarship or visa. Those decisions belong to universities, scholarship bodies and embassies.

Who we are

Visa2Varsity is an independent consultancy. We are not part of any government, embassy, university or scholarship body. Our guidance comes from a team based in Europe, many of whom went through the same admission, scholarship and visa journey themselves, supported by our team in Pakistan.

No guarantees

• We will try our best for you, but nothing is for sure. We do not promise admission, a scholarship, a visa or any particular result.
• Rules, deadlines, amounts and requirements change often. What you read on this site or hear on a call is general guidance. Always confirm with the official source before you rely on it.
• Past examples and stories are real but individual. They do not predict your outcome.

What we do

• Free profile reviews and consultation calls.
• Help choosing countries, courses and scholarships that fit your profile.
• Help preparing applications, documents and your student visa file.
• Reminders and a student portal to track your progress.

Our services are advice and administrative help. We do not submit false information, and we do not offer shortcuts that break the rules.

Fees and payments

• Booking a call and the profile review are free.
• Paid services are explained to you before you pay: what is included, the amount and the refund terms.
• Payments are made directly to us in person or by bank transfer. We do not take payments through this website. Always ask for a receipt, and never pay anyone who contacts you claiming to be from us without checking with us first.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate and truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting false documents can lead to refusal, bans and legal consequences, and we will stop working with you.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Attend booked calls or cancel or move them in good time so someone else can use the slot.

Bookings and messages

• You can change or cancel a booking from your booking link until shortly before the call.
• By booking or sending us your details you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone and email about your enquiry, reminders and updates. Tell us if you prefer not to be contacted.
• Online calls use a video room link. Calls are not recorded unless we tell you first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, embassies or other third parties, or for losses that result from information that changes after it was given. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
